According to authorized historians, the universe is empty. Long before my grandmother was born—long before even her grandmother was born—people spent billions of credits exploring the darkness of space. When they say empty, they don’t mean nothing else exists. There was just nothing worth finding. Eventually, we lost the passion to explore. We barely look up at the sky anymore. But there are still eccentrics who find rapture in the stars.
